This temptation is made in Wales bean to bar by Pablo Spaull of Forever Cacao with 72% unroasted (some people call it raw) dark chocolate and lavender oil distilled on our farm. Pablo uses single origin heirloom cacao from ancient forests in Peru and trades directly with local growers. He recently took the World Silver at the International Chocolate Awards.
